FINAL LOG HAND-IN CHECK-LIST – Hand-in on or before Thursday Nov 22nd

Additional Game/Tasks:

3.      First phase tennis            “Serve accuracy, partner prep to return” – Split-step.  Set-up for serve volley.

4.      Smash progression            “Defending space behind, putting ball away.”
Catch – Smash off bounce – Smash off lob.

5.      Spin on serve            “Height and movement on ball” – Orange peal, hit up for top-spin. Around the pole for slice.

6.      Brushing circuits            “Maximize hits, footwork and hitting zone for spin” – Progress to full court hitting for depth.

7.      2 up – 2 back            “Getting the net position” – Working as pair to move forward.

8.      Bounce – Volley            “Getting base position at the net, reading when to move and when to split-step.” – Off-ball-movement.
