lift buttocks and lenghten spine

lower one leg at a time

allow arms to fall naturally to sides with palms up

allow legs and feet to roll away from each other

close eyes and release tension

feel weight of body sinking into floor

breathe evenly

stay for 5-10 minutes
-
to get up slowly open the eyes, wiggle fingers and toes,
bend the knees and roll to the right side
-
use the right arm to support the head and the left arm to
help support the body when sitting up
