-fingers tap to beat (teacher led, then without teacher: students on own)
       -extend by using different body parts to move to beat. ie. knees, head bob, clapping, snapping, etc.
        -simplify by doing easier movement.  ie.  walk to beat with teacher counting beats without music
        -walk to beat with teacher counting beat without music.>>vary directions (frwds, bkwrds, sideways)
-add music
-add body parts
-let students select own direction, pattern and body parts while moving to beat
        -vary the music (faster, slower beats)
