Tactical Problem: To accurately and quickly use the throw-in technique down your line faster than  the other teams
Skill development: to develop proper technique for throw ins
Teaching points:
  • Face direction you are throwing
  • Receiving partner lets ball drop and traps it before picking it up
  • shoulders square

Organizational Points: 
  • 4 groups of 7 in each group
  • cones organized in zig zag fashion down field
  • one person on each cone
  • person at front of line has ball
  • has to throw ball to teamate who is about 15 feet away
  • continue all the way down line and back
  • first team done wins
