Teaching Instruction

Upon completing our lesson plan, the instructor would have a student feedback discussion to decide what was successful and what was unsuccessful. the instructor should also ask the students what they liked the best and what needed improvement. Questions should also be a factor in the participation of the students and the use of demonstrations and explanations could help assist students.

Another teacher or peer should be observing or taking notes on the organization of the class. This peer should give valuable information on how the lesson went and what could be done to improve overal game cohesiveness. This process makes sure that non-participating student have an active role in the class while learning the material at the same time..
