Organizational Points:

In partners, the teacher asks for them to number themselves #1 and #2.

#1 is the leader and #2 is the shadow (follower).

Therefore #1 has the ball. One ball per pair.

Begin game at walking pace, jogging and then running.

Teacher indicates which pace is set, by simply yelling out the command
(walk, etc.).

Teacher also indicates when to switch positions, by yelling switch or blowing
on his/her whistle.

Once the students have practiced this game, the teacher can allow the students
to monitor and change their speeds without the teacher's commands.
