Organizational Points: 
  • two channels joined together, ten meters long by five meters wide
  • cones on outside middle of both channels for starting points for attackers and defenders
 Drill:
  • two attackers and one defender
  • first attacker goes down first channel, second goes down the second
  • defender comes up the first channel
  • attacker draws defender and passes to open player in channel two
