Organizational Points:
  • twenty meter by twenty meter field
  • one ball per field
  • switch and change attackers / defenders continuously 
 Game / Drill:
  • four attackers and three defenders
  • offensive team attacks defenders try line 
  • can only pass backwards / sideways
  • after tag defense backs up two meters
  • see how many tags it takes offense to score
  • knock-ons / forward passes result in offense restarting from where it occurred (no turn-overs)
