• decision making /recognizing and avoiding obstacles

Skill

• same skill teaching points as regular shuttles
• stress keeping head up so the player or their pass doesn't collide with the group coming the other way

• three groups of four lined up horizontally 
• one group spaced fifteen meters apart facing other two groups
• each group of four has a ball 

• same concept of regular shuttles except:
• when group 1 gets half-way group 2 leaves
• when group 2 gets half-way group 3 leaves
• keep repeating 
• groups have to complete their passes while running through each other
