• hands out ready to catch
• reach-catch-sweep
• communicate
• receiver stay behind ball carrier

• three groups of four lined up horizontally
• one group spaced fifteen meters apart facing other two groups
• only one ball needed

• line 1 leaves and moves ball through the hands to the end
• gives ball to line 2, who go back the other direction moving ball through the hands, and give ball to line 3........repeat
