  • object is to stop the person from receiving the ball from the feeder and attacking your end line
  • defender should:
    • keep head up
    • eyes on ball
    • stay low, knees bent
    • be on balls of your feet

  • Groups of four
  • have 2 feeders and 2 players, eventually switch
  • Number players
    • 1= get a ball
    • 2= get four cones
    • 3/4 find space
