Skill development: communication, placement of defenders
Teaching Points: 
  • objective is to stop the offensive team of three from scoring on your end line
  • defenders must talk to each other in order to gain spatial awareness
  • defenders must place themselves strategically in order to defend the 3 on 2 situation

  • Groups of 5
  • 3 offenders, 2 defenders (optional 3 on 1)
  • Number players
    • 1= get a ball
    • 2= get four cones
    • 3/4= get space
    • 5= get 2 pinneys
