  • stand facing your partner
  • the object is to grab your partners pinney, which is tucked into the back of partners shorts.
  • variations:
    • one person being it 
    • then the other 
    • then both

  • get in partners
    • make sure the same people aren't always partnered up
  • find a space in the gym
  • have one partner grab 2 pinneys
  • when tucking pinney in they shouldn't be bunched
