"4 on 4 Mini Game" Task Outline
Tactical Problem:  Invading opponents' territory and eluding defenders to score points.
Skill Objective:  Passing the soccer ball using the in-step of the foot and passing to and receiving the ball in open space to
                         advance towards target..

Organizational Points: 
  • 2 teams of 4 per grid
  • 2 cones as goals at each end line
  • Must pass to a teammate on opposite side of goal to score
  • Cannot dribble
Extending Task:
  • Decrease the size of the grid
  • Make a mandatory number of passes before a team can score
  • Can have a goalie
  • Can shoot to score (no longer have to pass)
  • Decrease the width of the grid
  • Add dribble

Simplifying Task:
