The purpose of this site is to share some insight on a Volleyball lesson plan made for absolute beginners.  The Unit Plan and lesson plans focus on creating enjoyable game play environments while fostering the growth of very basic volleyball skills.  The lessons include introductory movement patterns and basic fore-arm passing games that allow successful gameplay.
