Rob the nest is a game played in 4 teams, where each team is given a nest!

1. -There is a hula hoop (nest) in each corner of the playing field, with 4 balls in each nest.
   

2. -The idea of the game is to defend your nest while stealing balls from opponents nests
   

3. -Players can pass the ball to their teammates
   

4. -There is no ‘guarding’
   

5. -Communication is key
   

6. -Focus is on scooping and passing
   

7. -The game can be played without or without sticks. Starting without sticks as an introduction and progressing to using sticks
   

8. -Increase difficulty level by progressing to no running with the ball
