Outlet Pass
Rules:
1.Score by hitting the oppositions target with the ball. The outlet pass must be used before a score can be made.
2.Start by having the teams face off at the center with the backs of their sticks against the ball, restart by having the team that did not put the ball out of play, making a free pass back into play.
3.The ball is out of play if a score is made, or if the ball leaves the playing area.

Simplification:
Defensive team cannot attack the stick.
Extension:
Add a time constraint, the Offense must pass the ball in ‘x’ amount of tim.
Aim: To utilize the outlet pass to move up the field and score on the opposition.
Game Description: Teams practice using the outlet pass in order to create a fast break up the playing field.
Set-up: Set up a playing area, targets for each team to shoot on, and an outlet pass zone on each side of the playing area. All players have a lacrosse stick, only one ball.
