5 vs 3 Support
Rules:
1.Scoring: Offense - Score by hitting the opposition target with the ball
Defense - Score by making ‘x’ amount of passes in a row
2.Start by having the team on offense make a pass into play from the support zone, restart in the same fashion.
3.The ball is out of play if it leaves the play area or when a score is made.
a. The defending team cannot enter the support zone.
b.The attacking team must have two players in the support zone at all times.
c.If the ball goes out of play the other team gets possession.
d.An attacking player can swap with a support player when they pass back.

Simplification:
The attacking team only has to have one player in the support zone.
Extension:
The attacking team must make ‘x’ amount of passes before they can score, or all teammates must have possession of the ball.
Aim: Offense: To score on the opposition.
Defense: To prevent the opposition from scoring by keeping the
ball away from them.
Game Description: The offensive team tries to score no the defensive team by using the support zone to create spacial opportunities.
Set-up: Create a playing area, offensive support zone, and offensive scoring area. All players have lacrosse sticks, only one ball.
