Bean Bag Toss
Rules:
1.Ball Carrier: Score by having your opponent not catch the ball, you must be able to then touch where the ball landed with your lacrosse stick to count the point.
Follower: Score by catching the ball.
2.Start by having one partner start with the ball and start trying to evade his partner, restart by switching which partner has the ball.
3.The ball is out of play if the partner fails to catch the ball, if the ball is dropped or caught, or if the players leave the playing area.
a. When the Ball Carrier stops, so too must the follower.

Simplification:
If they have trouble using lacrosse sticks and balls, as the name of this activity suggests it can be done with your hands by tossing a beanbag in the air behind you that you must be able to touch without leaving where your feet are stationed.
Extension:
Have the Ball Carrier have to evade more than one opponent.
Aim: To evade your opponent in order to throw a ball behind you, close enough to touch with your lacrosse stick without leaving where you are rooted, that they cannot catch.
Game Description: Runners try to evade their partner by using directional and speed variations.
Set-up: Create a play area. Each partner gets a stick, one ball between partners.
