Forearm Pass and Overhead Pass Shuttles:

Rules:

Start/Stop:

-start by tossing the ball to the player across the way

-when the ball gets too far away for the players to receive, or bounces on the ground, stop and start with a toss again

In-Game:

-players keep the ball up in the air by forearm passing to the other player across from them.

-the player who just passes, follows their ball to line up behind the other players

Score:

-the team gets a point if they pass 10 consecutive passes in  row

Focus:

-to keep the ball in the air with the players continuously moving their feet to get ready for the pass

-players should see the pass, read it, respond to it, react to it and be able to return the pass to the other side.

-players should have a proper ready position to receive the pass coming to them and move quickly to be ready for the next pass

-it is easier with 4 people but for a challenge 3 people is a good number
