1)Students will understand the most effective stance for moving quickly to hit the birdie

3)Students will have an understanding of spatial awareness of the badminton court
4)Students will understand the basic fundamentals of a badminton game: how and when to move, where, and why
5)Students will understand the amount of force required to hit a birdie over the net
6)Students will be able to give simple feedback to their partner on stance and recovery
7) Students will understand the correct grip and positioning to properly execute a forehand and backhand serve
