he viciously threatens Jason.
- At the end of the PE lesson, just as
students are leaving the class with enough time to make the next lesson, the
teacher thinks that there are two soccer balls missing.
- A female student refuses to change for a
coed physical education lesson.
When told to change by the PE teacher the student vehemently
resists.

students are standing around talking, not putting in much effort. When prompted by the teacher to play
they respond by saying what is the point, none of the other players will
pass to them.

to the PE lesson, not change. When
asked to explain why, the student refuses to give any reason.
- When the students are requested to get
into pairs, Sharon never has a partner.
The rest of the students seem reluctant to be Sharon’s partner.
- It is a policy of the PE department to
remove jewelry before a physical education lesson. A male student, Chad, refuses to remove
a gold necklace before a rugby lesson.
The teacher insists that the student take off the necklace.
- A student Mark, who has been warned
about being violent, raises a field hockey stick towards a peer. The teacher just catches a glance of
the instance and immediately shouts Mark’s name.
