Do cool-down in pairs. 

Student-led. Pairs, 1 and 2, 1’s lead.  Head to toe.  After three stretches swap, check “Top ten potentially dangerous exercises” sheet (JOPERD 58 (6)). 

Adjust stretching when understand why.

Clubs - Sit-ups (1) Crunches (2) Bent-knee (3) V sit-ups.

Diamonds - Shuttle runs (1) 5 m (20 10 m (3) 15m (mark with pylons).

To review ready position and quick movement around a court. 

Three bean-bags per pair . Each service line inter-section numbered 1 to 3.  Jogging, one student places 3 beanbags on service line inter-sections as partner calls number.  Jogging, partner collects bean-bags as other partner calls number.  How many can you do in the time (30 sec) with partner calling?  How can you make yourself quicker?

Path, side-stepping, keep low, push-off with outside foot. Repeat task.

Get observing partner to give feedback to partner based on points above.
