Cradling
Cradling
Lacrosse cradling is a technique for maintaining the lacrosse ball in the pocket of the lacrosse stick.
The top hand grabs the stick with the palm facing up.
The other hand (bottom hand) holds the end of the stick with the palm facing down.
As the ball roll's off the end of your stick drop your head down to the ground and then let the ball roll in using the momentum of the ball that was caused when you raked or pulled the ball back.
