Mini Lacrosse game

Purpose: Incorporate all the skills developed (scooping, cradling, throwing, catching) into a fun mini game, so students will being to become familiar with the game of lacrosse

Rules:

1. 1)Must pass to everyone one your team before you shoot.
   

2. 2)Can’t shoot from your own half.
   

3. 3)There is no goalie.
   

4. 4)You can only take 3 steps.
   

5. 5)Score Rule:  shoot into the net.
   

6. 6)Start Rule: lacrosse face off.
   

7. 7)Restart Rule:  Lacrosse throw in from the side.
   

8. 8)Safety Rule: no cross checking or hitting bodies.
   

Modification:

- The net target can be modified into a basket or a larger or smaller target.

- A goalie or an obstacle can be put in the way of potential shots.

- You can add a boundary around the goal where opposing players can not enter.

- The boundaries can be modified to increase or decrease playing area.
