Purpose: Applies previous learnt skills with added on skills, which will help develop power, precision and accuracy in a shot.

Rules:

  1. 1)Split the students into two equal groups.

  2. 2)Make two lines approximately 20 metres away from the goal, with at least 10 metres between the groups.

  4. 4)Place a marker in front of each group approximately 5 metres away from the goal circle.

  5. 5)The first student in the group will run around his/her line and scoop up a ground ball from the pile. They will then run with the ball down to the marker and try to shoot a goal.
