warm up: listen to the whistle
Aim:
Students are jogging in a restricted space in different directions. When the teacher use the whistle, they must stop jogging and fake a shoot.
Rules:
1 - Students must stop jogging when the teacher use the whistle.
2 - Students can only shoot above their head.
3 - The teacher can use the whistle twice to make students shooting twice in a row.
Task Progression:
1 - Students jog without a ball.
2 - Students jog with a ball, but no dribbling.
3 - Students are allowed to dribble.

Aim:
After they learned the different phases of a shot, students learn how to shoot and especially how to score.
Task Progression:
1 - Increase the distance if it’s too easy, or reduce the distance if it’s too difficult.
2 - Put a defender between the cone and the hoop.
3 - The defender can be more aggressive.
Rules:
1 - Students are behind a cone ( which is behind the 3 points line), then they dribble until another cone and they attempt to score.
2 - Students follow their shot to get the rebound.
3 - After the rebound, the student must pass the ball to the next person ( or to the defender and switch their position).
culminating game: shooting challenge
Task Progression:
1 - Students shoot between the 3 points line and the kay.
2 - Students can shoot at the 3 points line.
3 - A student cane be a defender to make the shoot harder.
Aim:
This game focus on the time pressure, student 1 learn how to shoot when student 2 is trying to shoot before him.
Rules:
1 - Students start behind the 3 points line.
2 - Students are eliminated if the person behind them score first.
3 - Students can try to score until they succeed.
