Method and Theory in Bioarchaeology

A seminar course that discusses, in archaeological contexts, the methodological, theoretical and ethical issues involved in the study of human skeletal remains to reconstruct life histories of past populations and individuals.

Note:

  • Credit will be granted for only one of ANTH 454, ANTH 452 (if taken in the same topic).

Prerequisites:

Undergraduate course in Anthropology offered by the Department of Anthropology in the Faculty of Social Sciences.
