EPHE 341

Biomechanics

Focuses on the fundamental physical and mechanical laws that control human movement and relates these laws to the techniques used in a variety of motor skills. Teaches how optimal performances in motor skills are based on the best use of these laws.

Note:

  • Credit will be granted for only one of EPHE 341, PE 341.

Prerequisites:

Undergraduate course in Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education offered by the School of Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education in the Faculty of Education.
