Advanced Calculus

Advanced topics in multidimensional calculus. Multidimensional Taylor's theorem, implicit and inverse function theorems. Surface integrals and the theorems of vector calculus. Sequences and series in Euclidean n-space. Sequences and series of functions and uniform convergence. Fourier series.

Notes:

Credit will be granted for only one of MATH 300, MATH 330A, MATH 334.
Not open for credit to students registered in or with credit in one of MATH 335, MATH 336, MATH 434.

Prerequisites:

One of MATH 110, MATH 133, MATH 211, MATH 233A; and
MATH 200 or MATH 205.

Undergraduate course in Mathematics offered by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics in the Faculty of Science.
