Archaeology of Medieval Europe

Introduction to the theory and practice of medieval archaeology, illustrated case studies and experimental archaeology. Explores a range of themes including status, gender, technology, religion, and daily life.

Note:

  • Credit will be granted for only one of ANTH 361, ANTH 392 (if taken in the same topic), MEDI 360 (if taken in the same topic).

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum third-year standing.

Undergraduate course in Anthropology offered by the Department of Anthropology in the Faculty of Social Sciences.
