An examination of the biological science that bears on current environmental, social, ethical and political issues. Emphasis on how an understanding of the science might inform decision-making by individuals and groups.

Note:

  • Credit for this course will not be counted toward any Biology program requirement except as an elective.

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum third-year standing.

Undergraduate course in Biology offered by the Department of Biology in the Faculty of Science.
