Advanced Research Design

Units: 1.5

Explores research methodologies appropriate to specific research problems, questions, and contexts. An examination of the purposes of research, the role of literature review, educational theories, and design of a research question considering the relationship between question and research method.

Note:

  • Students who have completed a master's level research methods course may request permission to register in the course.

Prerequisites:

  • Permission of the faculty.

Graduate course in the Curriculum and Instruction Studies program offered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
