Health Information Systems Design

An introduction to the concepts and techniques of modern systems analysis and design in healthcare. Explores Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) comparing traditional approach versus object-orientated model. Experience in applying Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams in different scenarios. Reviews some current trends in system development.

Graduate course in the Health Information Science program offered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
