Spanish Literature from Origins to 1700

Works of major Spanish authors in the genres of narrative, drama and poetry from origins to 1700. Techniques of literary criticism are reviewed and expanded.

Prerequisites:

  • Either SPAN 249 with a minimum grade of C+, or SPAN 250A and SPAN 250B with a minimum grade of C+ in each and a minimum GPA of 4.0.

Pre- or Co-requisites:

Undergraduate course in Spanish offered by the Department of Hispanic and Italian Studies in the Faculty of Humanities.
