Examines the intersections between gender, foodways (the practices associated with the production, distribution, preparation, and consumption of food) and power in globalized, North American food systems.

Note:

Credit will be granted for only one of GNDR 201, WS 205.

Recommendation(s):

GNDR 100 recommended prior to GNDR 201.

Undergraduate course in Gender Studies offered by the Department of Gender Studies in the Faculty of Humanities.
