Provides a theoretical and thematic framework for the analysis of films from Mainland China from the 1930s to the present.

  • Credit will be granted for only one of PAAS 358, CHIN 325.

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum second-year standing; and
  • Academic Writing Requirement satisfied; or
  • permission of the department.

Undergraduate course in Pacific and Asian Studies offered by the Department of Pacific and Asian Studies in the Faculty of Humanities.
