The Director and Designer Relationship
Fundamentals of developing shared vocabularies and processes necessary to the theatre director and designer relationship. Key concepts include identifying visual and oral clusters in play texts, understanding the power and potential of various stage architectures, and learning to read play texts as an act in motion. Students witness, analyze and respond to departmental and other theatre productions.
