Innovation, Implementation and Evaluation in Public Administration

Units: 1.5

Introduces and critically assesses approaches to designing, implementing and evaluating policies and programs in complex organizations. Topics include: designing public policies, ex ante policy and program analysis; innovation and change management; approaches for citizen and stakeholders’ engagement, communication in public sector settings; evaluation criteria and approaches for assessing interventions. Students conduct research on selected issues.

Graduate course in the Public Administration program offered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
