Leadership and Transformation

Units: 1.5

Presents three distinct but interrelated topics: introduces students to the concepts of leadership, governance and transformation; analyzes and synthesizes theories about leadership and change; and introduces interaction between governments and society. Students identify how a shift in behaviour or practice within a complex organization can produce significant changes in their organization and the communities they serve.
