Designed to develop each participant's level of performance, ability to analyze skills, and understanding of concepts within the activity of experiential outdoor education.


  • Credit will be granted for only one of EPHE 137, EPHE 104 (if taken in the same topic).


  • One of admission to BEd (Secondary Curriculum) program with physical education teaching area, admission to BA program in Recreation and Health Education, admission to BSc program in Kinesiology.

Undergraduate course in Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education offered by the School of Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education in the Faculty of Education.
