A literary study of comedy in France in the classical period, with special emphasis on the works of Molière, Marivaux and Beaumarchais.


  • Credit will be granted for only one of FRAN 441, FREN 455B.


Pre- or Co-requisites:

  • FRAN 310; or
  • permission of the department.

Undergraduate course in French offered by the Department of French in the Faculty of Humanities.
