THE GOVERNMENT PUBLIC SCHOOL, VICTORIA
The public school, built by the Local Government during the Walkem administration. It is just now finished. All the rooms are 16 feet high and warmed by fire places and by hot air stoves. Special provision is made for ventilation. Desks are of the most improved style, being the indispensable folding seats. The cost of this building is $23,000.
