UPDOG, the Ultimate Phantom for Dog Orthovoltage Glioma treatment

Welcome to the website describing UPDOG, our dog head phantom. UPDOG was created for our KOALA project and was developed by wonderful NSERC USRA student from McGill Sandhya Rottoo supervised by the amazing Olivia Masella. UPDOG was created based on CT images of a canine cancer patient and can hold gafhcromic films recording the dose to the brain. In addition, a plastic scintillator dosimeter can be inserted into the trachea.
