[[kick tenant out]]once we kick the tenant out then we finally [[sold the property]]March 2nd is the sold out date. It was very fast because so many people are looking for big house right now. Not bad just 2 weeks 5 offers at one time!If i am stay in Victoria, i will settle down to keep the big house. It is a very nice opportunity to gain money because the house market is growing bigger. Plus, Mt douglas is a very relax place to live when i get old!
