GOMUKHASANA

sit on heels or stand in Tadasana

reach the right arm straigh up

bend at elbow and place hand on the spine

bring the left arm around the body bending the elbow
-
reach up and grasp the right hand (a strap can be used if hands are too
far apart)
-
keep chest level and shoulders down
-
hold for 30-60 seconds
-
repeat on the other side
