stand in Tadasana but with feet about 1 ft
apart

face ledge - about 4ft away
-
bend forward and place hands on ledge
-
adjust distance by stepping legs forward or back so that hips are over
the ankles
-
legs should be straight - quadriceps pull up
-
move hips back
-
BREATHE!!!
-
hold for 20-30 seconds
-
come out of pose by bending knees and walking feet forward
