PE Grade 10 Dance Unit Questionnaire
This assignment will be worth 10% of your
total mark for the dance unit. Full marks will be given to those students
that fill out the questionnaire and return it to the teacher BEFORE
the beginning of the unit (date?). Please be truthful, as no extra marks will
be given to those with previous dance experience. This questionnaire will
be confidential and will be used by the teacher to assess the abilities of
the class in order to create a fun, effective and ability-appropriate dance
unit.
1. Please state any dance experiences you have had in the past such as ballet,
tap, jazz, jive, swing, break-dancing, hip-hop etc.. (In past Pe classes as
well).
