Organization
The class is split up into groups of four and lined up at one end of the gym. One person out of each group of four at a time dribble s the ball to the other end of the gym and back, weaving between cones. The cones are in place to serve as defenders so make sure the arm bar is up and that you are dribbling with the hand farthest away from the cone. Remember, protect the ball from the cone. The person with the ball then passes the ball to the next person in line and waits at the end of the line for his/her next turn.
