Organization
The class is split up into groups of four and lined up at one end
of the gym. Two people out of each group of four go at a time. One dribbles
the ball to the other end of the gym and back, weaving between cones. The
other serves as a defender. Make sure the arm bar is up and that you are
dribbling with the hand farthest away from the cone. Remember, protect
the ball from the person. The person with the ball and the defender switch
on the way back and then hand the ball to the next person in line and wait
at the end of the line for their next turn.
